Performance 4 = Small- Medium.  Recomended for Men 5'6 - 5'10"  upto 34" waist

Performance 5 = Medium- Large.  Recomended for Men 5'9 - 6'2"   upto 36" waist

Performance 6 = Large- X Large.  Recomended for Men 6' - 6'6"      upto 40" waist
