Yogi Minnar MartinezAfter some intense days of 2 & 3 yoga practices a day my body is aching. The sensation is of Love & Hate, this is just because there is still a part of me that's resisting change. The commitment to the practice is too deep now. I breathe and sweat yoga everyday. I feel clarity in my mind and my determination is fierce.
