Ardha-Chandrasana/ Half Moon Pose: First find the foundation of the hand and foot. Rotate the hand towards the center line. Follow that rotation up the arm to the shoulder, releasing deep into the socket. witness the chest rotating up towards the sky. Keep following this rotational energy tucking the chin in and turning the gaze to the lifted arm and hand over the Head. Bring the Mind's focus towards the foot on the ground and screw it inwards towards the center line. Follow the rotation up the leg to the inward rotating thigh. Turn the belly towards the sky and lift the leg in line with the spine.
