Bala Vinyasa Blog with Eben Oroz

After getting lost and arriving late to a 5:30 class, I realized it was Thursday, not Monday, which meant that I was fortunate enough to spontaneously take a wonderful Basics class with Eben as opposed to the Monday slow-flow I thought I was going to.

Eben has a calming energy about him and brings students through each transition seamlessly. It's been a long time since I've taken a vinyasa class and Eben ensured that each student challenged themselves.

The studio itself is well-lit and the staff are extremely friendly. Bala Vinyassa has a totally different vibe from any other studio I've been to so far in South Florida. I recommend checking out the studio if you are in the Coral Gables area! I practiced proudly with my YOGiiZA outfit :)
