I had the real pleasure of taking an Iyengar-style yogaworks class with Edwin Bergman at YogaThat on 41st Street in Miami Beach. Edwin was extremely precise about alignment, and came over to each student during the class to help us align our hips, shoulders, and our out-of-whack bodies into perfect alignment. YogaThat is a small studio on the 2nd floor of a gym which can host 10-15 students at a time. It is an intimate spot and a warm community of yogis.
