Master Weekend Workshop with Amit Kumar

The yoga community is so blessed to have such an inspiring teacher come and share with us his teachings and experience.  Amit has been practicing yoga since early childhood, studying at the Ashtanga Research Institute and Iyengar Institute in India.

Saturday 8/18

10:30am-12pm – Morning practice $20

2pm-4:30pm – Open the Heart Chakra $30

Sunday 8/19

10:30am-12:30pm – Energizing Chakra Cleanse $30

FULL WEEK WORKSHOP $65
