WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO YOGA: I’ve been into an introspective journey for a while through travels, psychology, literature, music. While searching around I found my way to unify the physical, mental and spiritual through yoga, as one!

FAVORITE POSE & WHY: Vrksasana tree pose- Grounding towards the earth, while balancing, lengthening towards the sky!
