Alessandrina is an energy being. She is love personified. Alessandrina lead us through a beautiful, slow moving, detoxifying yoga sequence followed by a very special guided visualization and mediation. She is a vehicle through which we surrender and fall securely into the loving white light. Alessandrina is passionate about teaching others to heal through detoxification.
