                                        YOGI: DAVID RADZINSKY

Ayama Yoga sent us a gift in the form of Yogi David Radzinsky.  David is extremely flexible and strong.  In an Ayama Yoga style David guided us through interesting and different yoga sequencing involving, often neglected, wrist, hand, and shoulder openers.  We will be visiting Ayama Yoga to learn more form David soon. Thank you, David for your selfless service.
