In this workshop, Natalie will teach you how to alleviate tightness in the feet, calves, thighs, hips, back, ribcage, shoulders and neck with techniques that are as effective as deep-tissue massage.  Foam rollers and other investigative tools are used to locate and release tension trapped in your body.
