Yoga with Giancarlo in Miami

What an amazing evening with Giancarlo at Canyon Ranch! I was lucky enough to take both a Power Yoga Express class as well as a Restorative session with Giancarlo. Giancarlo has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and it definitely shows. In a multi-level class, Giancarlo is able to adapt to the needs of each student and help each student get to where they want to be. In the restorative class, Giancarlo explained how we activate different chakras in each pose and played mantra music that corresponded to each pose. Giancarlo has the ability to lead a dynamic, challenging flow, as well as a relaxing, rejuvenating restorative class. And guess what?!
