[/caption] Yogi Farrah Yaspe was our host for Karma Yoga at YOGiiZA HQ this past Wednesday. She is a gift to all who experience her presence. Farrah is very well prepared and really loves to teach. She teaches with great attention to alignment and joint rotation typical of the Anusara school of yoga. I love this approach because it helps to keep my attention on the body preventing injury while helping to heal previous injuries. We are very fortunate to have Farrah here in Miami. She recently moved to Miami Beach from San jose, Costa Rica where she lived and studied yoga with Esteban Salazar. Esteban is an accomplished yogi who has founded three yoga studios including the largest yoga studio in Latin America. We will have the pleasure of studying with Esteban here in Miami Beach from March 16th - 19th while he hosts 4 separate yoga workshops.
